This lapbook includes resources to teach 6 habitats or ecosystems. The habitats included are tundra, savanna, pond, ocean, desert and forest. Each habitat has a flipbook that includes the definition, plant information, pictures of animals and a simple food chain for each ecosystem.
Here is what you’ll get:
Cover
Have your learners color and cut the cover page. Fold a large piece of construction paper or file folder where the ends go to the center. Glue the cover page on the top and cut down the middle after the glue dries.
Sun Title
Have your learners color and cut the sun title and definition. Glue the title and definition on the top of the inside of the lapbook (matching the line to the top of the page)
Savanna Flipbook
Have your learners read, color and complete the pages of the flip book. The flip book includes a definition, plant information, examples of animals and a simple food chain for the habitat. Staple the pages and glue the flip book on the top left wing of the lapbook.
Pond Flipbook
Have your learners read, color and complete the pages of the flip book. The flip book includes a definition, plant information, examples of animals and a simple food chain for the habitat. Staple the pages and glue the flip book on the bottom left wing of the lapbook.
Ocean Flipbook

Forest Flipbook
