Edit the sight word pages to meet your needs by typing the words on the word cards. Have learners search the room for the sight words and write each word in a sentence.
Word Play Center:
Print and laminate /oo/ mats and pictures cards. Have your learners sort the picture cards by their long or short /oo/ sounds. Learners may complete the printable while at the center or as an assessment after.
Writing Center:
Print the summer writing journal. Have your learners write about their summer break on the journal pages.

Print and laminate the mats and number cards. Game 1: Have learners choose 2 cards and sort by which is more or less. Game 2: Have learners choose 1 card and write a number that is 10 less and 10 more. Learners may complete the printable while at the center or as an assessment after.
Math Center 4: (Graphing)
Print and laminate the graphs and create the dice if needed. Have learners roll the dice or take a survey to collect information and record the data on the graph. Learners may complete the printable while at the center or as an assessment after.
